2ySome really useful pointers for us to improve on here, although I would say that there are 2 sides to some of your points. But if they are your perception then I have to respect that.
Regarding redundancies, as I am sure you are aware, it is the role that is made redundant and not the individual and therefore it is hard to take into account performance or time spent when going through this process, but where there was a group redundancy then elements of this were considered.
And I hope we never have to do any more redundancies, it is never a good time, but some times it is required for the future of the business and those that remain.
