They can fire you without notice, or literally ghost you (as they did to me once my campaign was cancelled)

-Higher salary than corpo -Chill environment, no time tracker or micromanagement -Encourages development and growth

-Salary may be delayed up to over one week -Below market compensation for VAs, only slightly higher on corpo -Management is disorganized, lack of guidance
