      Holidays, Insurance, Culture within sales team is good.

      Cons

      CEO is too micromanaging, Sales SOP is not great. Pricing of products is not standardized. Commission for sales is terrible.

      the problem is the CEO won't let anyone make their own decision, he's stubborn and no one can change his mind once he's decided
