About 1/3rd of company does zero work, rest cover the slack Leaders who are incapable of making decisions, good or bad Stagnant, company is on the verge of being disrupted Most smart people leave because of poor managers. Politics in every layer. People who get promoted are usually the YES MEN who go along with old leadership’s stale ideas. Those who speak up and venture outside the box are held back. Status quo encouraged and rewarded. Company in a risky phase with only some leadership acknowledging it or caring about it. If people stop buying vision insurance, the company would instantly die. Goodbye job security.
