-No formal training -Users will blame you for other department's mistakes and you're expected to let it happen -Upper Management all know each other and are friends (at least the CEO, Director of HR, Director of Wheeler Fleet HR, Director of Operations, and Senior VP of Operations) -The company pushes out good employees to cater to the bad/negative employees -Not allowed to work remotely -Management lets all employees get away with whatever they want -Pay is low compared to similar roles, but this is great if you are looking for something easy that pays $28/hr -No Christmas bonuses -Toxic work environment (they will band up and go against you if you try to put rules and regulations in place that every NORMAL company has set in place already) -They allow employee abuse (but they will say do not, you'll see once you work here) -Nobody in upper management is trustworthy (once they see you are an issue, meaning doing your job and letting them know what should and shouldn't be allowed as in everyone getting access to other parts of the building) they will fire, even if its not your fault. They must protect each other at all cost. - They allow the Director to sexually harass female employees (it's okay because he is a part of upper management, get it?) -They show favoritism and then say they don't want to hear complaints about the favoritism.
