Worst company to work with! - Anonymous employee VResorts Employee Review

There are none ya beleive me none. My main purpose of this review is to save time and energy of other people who are thinking to waste their time and energy for this circus company.

Highly unorganized company from ground zero to top level managment.Starting from their Resorts and thier expansion plans they are just concerned regarding their sales and after that they hell care about their customers. Speaking about their CEO i have never seen such an unethical , unproffesional person leading an organization if you do something aganist her wishes and try to suggest a point you are sure shot to get some abuses from her yes you heard it right ABUSES. In few words a big LALA COMPANY. On every monday their is a review which happens but in other words it is the day when CEO comes and vents out her anger on you. Clearly a big nightmare for any person who is looking forward to join this circus.

I love working here! The job is varied and interesting. There are tons of opportunities to learn new things and you have a lot of autonomy. Coworkers are smart, fun people with interesting business backgrounds. You meet a lot of interesting people through the connections you make. Colleagues want to help you. You have a lot of opportunities to grow professionally.

"No real Cons, growing pains are good problems to have" extremely rapid growth doesn't come without any downsides, a fair amount of changing teams internally results in thrash quick growth means responsibility comes in waves, and there's a bit of thrash with things changing so rapidly also the fundamentals of the culture have been remarkably robust.
