Honestly loved working at VRG, my role was fulfilling and I personally liked management. Also found the all women office culture really wonderful.

Others' experience with management was considerably less favourable, with many leaving quite traumatised by how situations were often handled. One particular manager did not treat staff well and it was condoned by the owners.

Working at the distribution centre has been an incredibly positive and rewarding experience. The leadership fosters a culture of trust, collaboration, and respect. The team is genuinely supportive, celebrating both personal and professional milestones, and there’s a strong emphasis on growth and learning. The workplace strikes the perfect balance between productivity and well-being, offering flexibility, open communication, and a sense of belonging that makes every day enjoyable. I feel proud to work here and am motivated to contribute everyday. Extra bonus - the clothes are beautiful and now my wardrobe is effortless and awesome.

The role can also be physically demanding at times, which may be challenging for those not used to an active work environment. The bar for performance is set high, which can be challenging but rewarding.
