      Teams are supportive and everyone is super friendly

      Cons

      It can get crazy busy sometimes and you feel like you are understaffed. The processes were a bit slow which frustrated customers.

      Good money, good pension, one good manager. Tea & coffee.

      Cons

      Bad atmosphere, low morale, bullying, bad union, management Vs Operators, inexperienced HR team, not a nice place to work.
