3yWe appreciate your feedback. As a young company that is growing very fast there is bound to be some slip-ups, but we always want to learn from them to be better and avoid repeating anything. For example, our People & Culture team are working on defining clearer career paths for the organisation, and to provide more learning and training opportunities (especially for our managers) which we see as being a core part of our people strategy.
