VOGLIO has solid leadership that really cares about its employees. I have worked at digital marketing agencies in the past and many will blow smoke and claim that they care when they don't. I can tell that my team cares not only about my professional life but also my personal life. With a growing family, this is incredibly important to me. Before joining the team at VOGLIO, I was looking at their website and noticed their second value, "Freedom to grow". I was at a point in my career where I lacked guidance or opportunity to grow. I can confidently say that since joining the team, I have grown exponentially within a short amount of time.
