Pros
The benefits are the only thing good right now but they are trying to get rid off a lot of things at each contract.
Cons
For past 4 years, the company has adopted a very low morale and culture that are ruining the organization itself. The company is being run by business people instead of clinicians which is really the cause of this low morale and values. Manager became very hostile and offer no support to nurses. They harass and bully their nurses. They attempt to exploit nurses by demanding working even on days off and often demand working overtime without compensation and if nurses retaliate they are targeted. They demand 2 person's work to be done by one person in 7.25 hrs. They don't care about driving distances, parking challenges, acuity of patients, or time required for coordination. There's no life balance. On patient's side, quality care is not able to be achieved due to limited providers, increase nurses turnover rates, lack of continuity care. Patients are being promised services they never get and cases are being opened and closed without meeting their goals.
