Pros

My experience was overall great in the beginning, with supportive coworkers and leadership. The work was exciting, and for a top client. Benefits were also great.

Cons

My experience went downhill after the client took their business in-house. Then I felt adrift at sea. It was revealed that senior leadership was into choosing favorites. I was put on a series of lackluster accounts then laid off a year later.

Pros

The company with nice people, and a great teams.

Cons

Lack of remote positions. It would be better if yuo can work with them fully remote.

Pros

Remote environment with great team members.

Cons

So much uncertainty around roles and tenure. Even the upper management were walking on eggshells. A new president comes in and just ignores the entire team. If you're not high up on WT ranks, you don't exist. With WT as the umbrella, the smaller company arms are disposable to them. I was told a year then they liked me so much, my contract kept getting extended. Each month, I'd ask for a heads up if there was any discussions about even potentially not continuing my contract so I could start looking for other work and was verbally assured every month that they were going to transition me to full-time W2. I got 1 day advance notice that they weren't keeping me instead. If you've got friends in the company, you'll be noticed. No matter how successful your work makes the team, if you don't have connections, you won't get far. Upper leadership are snobby and entitled. Expecting assistance for personal needs
