Pros

- Big client name that somehow good for your CV - Some good people within the team

Cons

- Only very basic employee benefits are provided, with limited additional perks. - Lack of social and “soft” benefits, such as team activities, snacks/food or other workplace perks that support culture and wellbeing. - Career growth opportunities feel limited, with unclear pathways for progression in some areas. - Transparency from senior leadership is low, which can make it difficult to understand broader company direction and decision-making. - Little to no advertising culture internally

Pros

Remote environment with great team members.

Cons

So much uncertainty around roles and tenure. Even the upper management were walking on eggshells. A new president comes in and just ignores the entire team. If you're not high up on WT ranks, you don't exist. With WT as the umbrella, the smaller company arms are disposable to them. I was told a year then they liked me so much, my contract kept getting extended. Each month, I'd ask for a heads up if there was any discussions about even potentially not continuing my contract so I could start looking for other work and was verbally assured every month that they were going to transition me to full-time W2. I got 1 day advance notice that they weren't keeping me instead. If you've got friends in the company, you'll be noticed. No matter how successful your work makes the team, if you don't have connections, you won't get far. Upper leadership are snobby and entitled. Expecting assistance for personal needs
