Pros
There are some really good people at the more junior grades when I was there Relatively easy work for consulting, and they pay reasonably well
Cons
- Senior leadership are out of touch with reality with a management style that is straight out of the 1950s. - If there is a hard way to do something, they will find it and do it again and again and again. - Senior leaders and managers love using the 'long screwdriver' with those doing the work, adding little to no value. Indeed, it is often to the detriment. - They claim to use Commitment Based Management (CbM) but in reality it is just a means to passive aggressively denigrate their people openly
