Pros
Working for a renowned client in web hosting means a good pay scale, a better work environment, multiple resources, variable payments etc.
Cons
Leave Policy and week off patterns. We can't convert unused leaves to payment and all the leaves will be expired by the end of the year. Not so flexible with week off's and there is still room for improvement.
