Pros
This company has great employees that actually like their work and the will try to make it easier for you. If you know how to follow instructions, you will have no issues at all with management.
Cons
Lack of Communication. Even though you try to keep communication active, the people in charge to deliver the message to upper management just don't do it, because normally they're part of the problem. When problems are brought to PR management, they say they will get the problem solved but month go on and nothing it's done. Consistent workflow between department is non-existent. Workflow changes without notifying other departments and this normally affects everyone.
