      Pros

      staff is nice and very welcoming! the office is in a good location and they want you to succeed.

      Cons

      this office is very unprofessional. The hours are seriously horrible it is not a realistic to be in the office from 10 in the morning till 10 at night and all you're making is commission. I think this company prays on new college students for employees and i do not think it is worth it.

      Pros

      Paid training and constant instruction is extremely valuable when first starting a career. VIP Consulting Group INC does this tremendously. Having the opportunity to become your own boss is the clear benefit of working for this company. If you don't want to be stuck working in an office for 8 hours a day this job is for you!

      Cons

      Pay can sometimes be sporadic and stressful but when the pay is low you can only blame yourself. Time-off policies aren't great but you get what you work for.
