Pros
-- flexible working, only to trap people here to work -- good environment only when you are going to retire in some years!! -- job security! cause you are already getting peanuts for salary -- parties every year when offsite business user visits with lakhs of spendings, they have money for that, not for your timely VPP or appraisal!!
Cons
Dislikes -- office politics everywhere -- biased management choices in appraisals -- no scope of learning curve and growth -- cost cutting in important things like getting towards latest technologies -- micro management -- salary like peanuts always -- no VPP on time, even if getting it would be half or less than that -- no appraisals on time, sometime delayed by months or years too!! -- NOT AT ALL FOR FRESHER, they trap freshers with good talk -- nothing to learn here, and gets very hard to switch later -- no work satisfaction -- feels like doing repititive tasks again and again nothing new to learn -- promotions feels like nothing here, only title change...nothing new in hike/percents -- always using the oldest technologies to carry their work in cheap costs -- I would never recommend this company to anyone! NEVER Work policy: Depends on manager, hybrid is only for name! some managers are toxic and wants you everyday in front of them because they lack trust in their employees! typical old school people
