In that survey: - 89% of employees rated VHA as a good place to work - 86% said the people they work with treat them with respect - 96% indicated they are treated fairly when they make mistakes - 98% said they would recommend VHA to friends and family who require care While no organization is perfect and individual experiences can vary, these results reflect a strong and consistent commitment to fairness, respect, and inclusion across our teams. Concerns such as those raised in this review are taken seriously, and we have established processes to ensure issues are investigated and addressed appropriately as we always remain committed to continuous improvement.
