      Very family like environment. Super flexible work arrangement. Great work mates. Learning and development promoted heavily.

      Cons

      Vulnerable business model. No extra perks. No bonuses. There have been severe employee downsizing with a hope that it provides needed stability and robustness.

      1 Generous and brilliant founder 2 Emphasis on tech and innovation for growth 3 Industry behemoth 4 Customer Operations abreast with ambiguous legal regulations

      Cons

      1 Inefficient internal support teams overstaffed with underqualified yet overpaid yet underperforming personnel 2 "People and Culture" a gross misnomer for the HR team. If not egregiously promulgating disregard for internal policies whenever personally convenient, incumbents of power, regardless of scope, habitually arbitrarily administer policies for personal gain 3 Persistent labor malpractices in some location
