1yWe strongly disagree with the claims made in this review, many of which are factually incorrect and misleading.
VFS Global follows strict governance frameworks and policies that ensure fair treatment, equal opportunity, and compliance with applicable labor laws across all our locations. Allegations of favoritism, discrimination, or intentional denial of entitlements such as end-of-service benefits are completely unfounded and do not reflect our organizational ethos.
Salary increments, bonuses, and promotions are performance-based and transparently evaluated through a structured appraisal process. Making unverified accusations about specific nationalities or individuals only undermines the credibility of such feedback and does a disservice to the many employees who contribute with dedication and professionalism.
We take all grievances seriously—but we do not condone the use of public platforms to circulate baseless or defamatory statements. We encourage employees to utilize the proper internal channels, including our grievance and ethics helplines, to raise concerns responsibly.
