Pros

It's really interesting to know how the Visas are processed by other side of the desk and the customers can be fun.

Cons

Low salary, long hours of work, not all overtime is paid, the extra hours are like a puppy on manager's hands, lack of time management. The management is really poor, the manager makes gossips and doesn't have a clue about the work. When the office is busy he stands behind of each officer desk and starts making questions and interrupting the work, making the customer and officer distressed. The manager often mistreats officers and customers, many customers already complaint about his behaviour, but nothing happens.

Pros

the team are well versed with the work undertaken.

Cons

if you cannot speak hindi then you will not excel in this company, the company has hired south Asians only, most of the higher managers are on H1B visas, very much toxic work environment where the managers are expected to work on weekends and holidays.
