staff is warm and friendly pay is good, but the food is extremely overpriced and average

Unclear and poor communication between management and workers, put blame on you for not communicating, while speaking to you in a condescending way, There is no synchronization and very unorganized. (The culture is very toxic and immature. Some managers bully you) Management do not respect or treat workers fairly and often do not give you a break during a shift. Money hungry place and do not know how to run operations successfully.
