Lovely people and a friendly environment

Management were not understanding of the need for flexibility when it came to family and having a child with additional needs. When slightly late after a difficult school drop-off I was told ‘it’s not a good look’. And the only offer was to reduce my salary or my lunch hour, essentially penalising me. Very glad I left and found a firm that offers genuine flexibility and support.

Lots of variety and personal and professional development. Really friendly and supportive team, including the senior management team and Directors. Lovely office environment and location. Excellent benefits, including PTO and life insurance. Annual salary reviews. Monthly 121s with your line manager. I personally love being in the office every day as I learn so much from being around my team. Lots of opportunity for development and promotion.
