Pros
Good salary, remote. There's a good understanding and focus on being data-centric within the design and product teams. Some good, collaborative people to work with.
Cons
There were some very 'clique-ish', clearly bias people. An example is, despite being remote, choosing not to participate in some team socials is penalised and considered 'not collaborative'. And if you're not 'buddy' with certain people, it's inevitable to get criticised without real evidence for such criticism. There was more unnecessary drama than time and opportunity to innovate and build great design solutions. There was no design leader for a long time and once, a Head of Design joined and left within less than 3 months. The CEO was also very blunt and tends to ignore questions and ideas unless these come from someone he likes.
