Great company, great people, could not have asked for a better experience. Company culture is friendly and everybody works hard.

No structured training program, although you learn as you go.

I loved my coworkers, awesome atmosphere. Really flexible hours! They have you calling people to set them up for interviews. Everyone there is super friendly. I love going into work because I know it's going to be super fun!

I don't really have any. The con might be that there is a lot of bad publicity. That isn't really true anymore because they changed their methods but people still have the wrong idea
