Honestly I feel appreciated, respected, valued. I love my job. My colleagues, my managers are gems. Very listened to, feels like I am creating friendships. We all have a job to do but when you feel appreciated, supported, valued, everything is easy and efficient.

Needs more regular team bonding activities.
