I’ve been with the company for almost four years and have worked across a few different areas. Being a small business, you’re given the space to try things out, discover what you’re good at, and really play to your strengths.
My experience has been genuinely positive and naturally led me into marketing. I’ve been given a lot of freedom to manage social campaigns and contribute to the wider strategy across marketing services and events, which has been incredibly valuable.
Management listens, supports new ideas, and never makes you feel ignored - the team are always supportive if you want to suggest or try something new.
Cons
Late hours can happen due to the nature of the fintech events business, which is expected and not something I mind.
