Pros
VBP is growing super fast, but looking to do so with out damaging its team, people, vision and culture. That is not always easy - so sure mistakes happens, ideas come late, policies need to change. But underneath the intent and action is there. In good times and hard.
Cons
Growth has been so fast that it means sometimes we are racing to catch up, clean up and sort out things - that can no doubt frustrate team members. But no one was stood down throughout all of COVID, loads of support options were available and we grew.
