Pros
Have good Clients - Like Level 5 & Product based, but client list is very few. Mostly they will be active when the requirement is active, remaining time they recruiter have to work on small clients - which don't close position - Always change JD - don't conduct interviews on Time.
Cons
Management is not so good - Lot of attitude, Not proper treating of their employees. Their attitude is like - I said you have to do. Always increase the target with out any concern (You achieve the target - then they will increase it to high - it is not proportionate to Salary or Exp) Getting leave permission is a challenge even though you have 20 Leaves pending.
