Hi, Thanks for your review and feedback. As i understand that you have worked for more than 5 years with us, we would like to thank you for your service and contribution. We are a very structured and process driven organisation, not sure why you had to say that we are unstructured as you have worked with us for more than 5 years. We are also a performance driven organisation due to the nature of the work. We did let go people at times if they are not genuine to their work and does not perform even after enough handholding and guidance and have low working attitude. We provide a structured feedback on the missing areas and give enough time to the team member to improve but if we do not see any sign of improvement then we take a call accordingly.
