Constantly changing, Not in a Good Way way. - English Instructor Uversity Employee Review

They don't warn you before making drastic changes to their policies. I submitted a document one day and the next day they didn't allow that type documents anymore, and said it needed revision and didn't give me any reason, but it didn't matter, the work I put into that was wasted, without warning. Apparently they also only want certain (STEM Only) classes anymore, which leaves the rest of us out. They reject documents who meet all of the requirements, and then ask for more things.
