      Talking about Pros salary gets on time not other than this.

      Cons

      Team is not structured. No allowances, no leaves. The middle level people would have been in politics rather than in thomis company. Mental stress to employees is top priority rather than work stress. Favourtism. Working with different corporates but this is something not upto the mark.

      Pros

      Salary on time. Counselor level team is quite good.

      Cons

      Politics at Peak. Manager make you feel always as you are not worthy. Worked for almost a year just find out that Outsiders will not be able to survive due to office politics. Malpractices are taught by Seniors and mgmt cannot take action on them.
