The work/life balance is great. All of the managers I've been under really understand that "life happens" and have been flexible with anything that pops up. They have been very supportive and try to help you succeed in anything you do.

The frequent use of these verbal afirmations will give employees the feeling of being valued and listented to for their opinions.

The lip service contributes to superficial commitments especially in an environment that promotes mediocracy and encorages nepotism. The environment creates a sense of fair, uncertainty, and doubt throughout its team members. If the lip servioce is challneged it will only perpatruate exclusion, workplace bullying, and an unhealthy dismissal of positive contributions leading to unlawful discrimination and a hostile work environment.
