Even from my interview, it was easy to notice the company’s innovativeness through its product and drive to lead the smart grid market. Everyone was very approachable and the working conditions were great. High pay compared to other local companies.
During my 3 ½ years of employment at Utilidata I was equipped with the tools to contribute to the company’s success while being exposed to tasks which enhanced my qualities, and challenged me each day. Utilidata is an excellent place to work for self-starters, creative individuals and those who like to work with purpose. It has a great work environment which is promoted through the company’s culture of openness, professionalism, and flat hierarchy. Utilidata managed to repeatedly hire inspiring top performers with great sense of humor who made the work place enjoyable. Everyone worked as a team, and it was easy to get support from your peers and leadership team.
I am happy to see the work and progress the company is making. I will always miss the Utilidata team! oh the weekly happy hour every friday with the team!
