Pros
This is not written by HR, my experience is deep and I've been a top-performer everywhere I've worked. I am so glad to be a part of a team that appreciates and further develops us. Here's a few of the many pros to working at UserZoom: *Amazing team - 90% of us are and have been 100%+ to goal on the regular *Great team culture - collaborative, fun, quirky, smart, authentic, driven, etc. *Excellent sales leadership across the board - very few sociopaths (typical norm for anyone who has been in sales for a while...if you don't know what I am talking about, then you probably are a sociopath) *Best compensation plan I've ever seen...seriously! *Great work-life balance - this is a hybrid Spanish/English/American company and it shows in our respect of hard-work, play, and family *Many people to learn from and thrive with - our top performers make millions, our next tier makes $100ks...we compete, we help, we win as a team and individually! *Great product - best in class (market) and it shows! *Great leadership on all other teams (outside of revenue), as far as I can tell *THE best things about UZ is the team...these are some of the best people I've ever worked with! Ever!
Cons
The only non-five start I've given is for career opportunities, and this is only because I've not seen a lot of internal promotion in the 9 months I've been here. I've also not seen many new hires in that time. We just bought another company and are rounding out the fiscal year. These are very likely the reason for lack of internal promotions. Also, needs more operational support on the sales team; needs better kitchen amenities (think Silicon Valley caliber); and needs to clean out a few non-All Stars from the sales team.
