      Great job and money to be earned - lacking in other areas - Advisor Usay Compare Employee Review

      Pros

      - Great money to be made - Company is ever growing and reputation building - If you are very job focused and financially driven this company is great - although career progression is rare - Some managers are great and some of the best I've had

      Cons

      - Everything is Usay way or the highway - Every penny that they can make out of you, for example your time/working hours, commission deductions etc. will be squeezed out of you if they can 'justify' it in anyway - Very much a company that you feel as though you aren't valued as an individual and you're very replaceable - Sales as i know can be stressful but this job is particularly stressful at times - Some of the more senior members of male staff can forget that it's a professional relationship they should have with their staff - it can be uncomfortable to witness - a friendly relationship is fine, but an inappropriate one is going to land them in hot water eventually

      - Some friendly staff - Location (Right by the lakes)

      Cons

      - Salary - Overworked - No support from management/HR - Dangle promotions over your head that never come to fruition

      Pros

      Salary is good, if you are one of Brooky's or Joe's few you'll get preferential treatment

      Cons

      You'll be treated badly, spoken to like you wouldnt believe and every minute of your day will be demanded or you will be branded as lazy or not wanting to succeed.
