      Pros

      Great place to work! All the staff at Usay are lovely to work with throughout the whole company which gives the building a good vibe/morale. Support is always offered and regardless if you need help due to a work reason or you need some help due to a personal reason the management will listen and help you the best that they can. We get offered great incentives and staff days/nights out which are great fun and the managers always get everyone involved. If the managers see potential in you they will always encourage you/help you progress . I would never have been able to progress and become as confident as i have if it wasn't for Sean (director) and MC (manager) encouraging me to move up to another department and then supporting me whilst being new in the team.

      Cons

      The parking is difficult however it just means you need to get to work a little earlier than your starting time to ensure you have a space to park otherwise the onsite parking attendant (MC) will kindly ask you, with a huge smile on her face to move your car to an alternative space.

      - Some friendly staff - Location (Right by the lakes)

      Cons

      - Salary - Overworked - No support from management/HR - Dangle promotions over your head that never come to fruition

      Pros

      Salary is good, if you are one of Brooky's or Joe's few you'll get preferential treatment

      Cons

      You'll be treated badly, spoken to like you wouldnt believe and every minute of your day will be demanded or you will be branded as lazy or not wanting to succeed.
