What is somewhat ironic about the reviews on Usay Compare is that the first review is negative. And then there are 15 beaming reviews about the company with roughly about 3/4 reviews posted on the same day. What a coincidence!
What can I say about this company...?!
Total and utter shambles. Overstated claims about earning potential and the 'warmness' of leads. Forced overtime with little notice (no really - apparently working 9am-9pm is completely reasonable). Lack of empathy for personal problems (heaven forbid that happens outside of this company, expect to felt like you are a criminal). Short and timed breaks (expect to explain why you are a couple minutes late). Total lack of training/coaching/support (management would rather sit in the office and do god knows what - oh I know, talk about women that work at the company in a sexual, inappropriate manner). If you want to work your actual shift instead of doing a ridiculous amount of overtime you have to send an email to management explaining why you are leaving work. If you haven't done a certain amount of dials you must explain this to management. If you breathe the wrong way you have to explain this to management.. I'm sure everyone is catching my drift.
Words cannot even explain just how bad this company is. During my time there in a very small office environment, within a short time period I saw FORETEEN different people join and leave this meat grinding company. Once you are out of training, you have no chance unless you are the Wolf of Wallstreet.
Cash incentives given to staff roughly a week before the end of the month to push on sales (pretty sure that's against FCA regulations but heyho)
Job sold to you with huge earning potential. Which to some extent is true, but you essentially pay £30 out of your wages every time someone picks up the phone to you and the KPI's are quite frankly ridiculous so will do anything to then take the bonus from you. Again this part is somewhat ironic as they will put the blame on FCA regulations and needing to be compliant, yet as a company go against FCA regulations by offering cash to employees at the end of the month to sell more. Oh, the irony.
I could honestly go on forever. But if you want to keep your sanity, dignity and don’t want to be treated like a battery hen then stay clear.
