      - If you are jobless, then only go ahead join and search for new opportunities.

      Cons

      - No documentation, don't ask for any hard copy because you will never get. - Salaries delays without any reason, never got a single salary on time. Max delay i faced was 3 months. - Management is not trustworthy and do so many wrong commitments, for EOSB I had to involve government authorities to get. - Management is ready to fight each time if you ask for your salary / documents.

      Working with Urbansoft has given me the ability to work on several BIG projects specific on Insurance Domain. I excel in Microsoft Dot.Net technologies and have done lot of custom projects for US Based Insurance client. It also helped me improve my logical skills
