Pros

Employees there are great, friendly people who give their all to this business.

Cons

Upper management (namely the CEO) has no idea how to run a publishing company. They pay the lowest salaries possible. They don't value their employees and feel that they can succeed with a skeleton crew from maintenance up to designers and writers. You can't put all of that work on the few people that they have and expect anything better. They also work you death for the pennies you get. They sell you a dream and toss you aside after years of dedication. CEO needs to go.
