Pros
- some flexibility - Some nice people
Cons
- Inauthentic bizarre culture - Very high staff turnover - either people getting kicked out or simply realising they deserve better. People were treated as disposable. - The company is constantly looking to cost-cut, including cutting staff all the time and doing anything they can to avoid paying sales commission. - No diversity. The ceo just wants to hire clones of herself. So many amazing people got dropped on the last day of their probation for no good reason - they just didn’t seem to fit the company mould. - Company “happiness” is measured as a KPI, but in a weird 1984- ‘big brother is watching’ way, not in a ‘we genuinely care about our employees’ way. People were scared to put anything that wasn’t a positive response. - Serious micro-management from the top down. - No company money is spent on culture/team building. Lunches, leaving presents etc are all funded by the employees themselves.
