      Great culture Good benefits Pay higher then the market median

      Cons

      Twilight zone bonus structure (Only select few receive bonus’s) no incentives to drive a project. Producers dint have enough incentives, dead weight survives and the consequences between the two is roughly 2-3% in a annual raise.

      Good pay if coming from another company.

      Cons

      A lot of turn over. Most teams are incompetent besides a handful of people. Good company to jump to purely for a comp increase.
