      company activities like hackathon free food and drinks for everyone

      we always get internal promotions in the CX side which I think is not that healthy as we don't learn something new from the experience of the others outside

      Pay and benefits were pretty good. Only reason I stayed.

      Chaotic leadership. People are constantly busy doing things that don't matter as there is no clear understanding of what the strategy is or what success looks like.
