Review - Engineer Upwing Energy Employee Review

Startup environment means that each person can make a big impact within the company. Individual objectives align to company goals. Recognition for completion of objectives. Goal oriented work culture. Collaborative environment where designers regularly go to the lab to coordinate with the people building and/or testing their product.

Priorities can be difficult to balance. Communication between different teams could be better. At times, job descriptions overlap.

- Direct involvement in testing and operating the SCS. There is plenty of hands-on engineering which preferable to me. - Working in the Test Engineering Team is exciting and never boring. There are always challenges that we have to overcome and that is what makes Engineering fun. - I always look forward to collaborating with all the other Engineering and Operations Teams. The work we do significantly impacts the success of our product. - The best thing about Upwing is how self-sufficient and competent each team member is, no matter the department. It has been awesome to witness the achievements so far, and I am excited to be a part of the accomplishments to come.
