Don't Do It - Production Operator Upward Farms Employee Review

I don't think anyone on upper management has ever set foot on a farm before? The operational setup is, frankly, stupid in ways that are obvious to anyone who works onsite. Unfortunately, this does not include the tech bro corporate leadership that actually makes decisions about it. Sustainability claims are just lies, as the water usage, energy usage, and waste production are out of control even compared to other warehouse setups. Harassment is rampant and largely unaddressed. There are plenty of AgTech Startups with no competence in farming, concern for the environment, or respect for employees that you could work at - go find a different one.
