In certain departments, hiring and promotion decisions seem to favor people from the same cultural background as the manager, which affects diversity and team morale. Non-favored employees may feel excluded from important discussions or growth opportunities. There’s a noticeable lack of transparency in how roles and responsibilities are distributed, and feedback often seems biased rather than performance-based.
