Terrible - Customer Service Representative Upstart Employee Review

Terrible management and employees. Employees were not trained well and did not know what they were doing. Company was constantly changing things which caused a lot of confusion. Management was very unorganized and unprofessional, you could easily tell there was a lot of miscommunication. Nobody ever seemed to know what they were doing and what the proper procedures and protocols were. It was always complete chaos and nobody was ever on the same page. Did not pay well for the amount of work employees were expected to do.
