Pros
The pro for job...? .naive young in there 20 super nice , but give false hope .fake travel promise .salary is no exist, gives you 200 ,until that decision is made to keep you ,then give you government documents if you reach ,not before if not ,then give you 200 and say "do to budget cut" which they will higher some on the next to fill your space and you will be put on shelf . .will make commission, but since your new the other employees will try to take advantage, after I did all the work , and clam it as there own until its you and one other person, but he or she will try to only give you one and take that 100,150 for them selfs . .make you work 9am til 6 if you pass the training /orientation/ then 9amtil 8:00pm if not then you will get discharged, and put on layaway, even if you get a sale on Friday or second day , they don't care . . What you will be came is in All Walmart the annoying people in the back of Walmart that try to send get you spectrum, until false hope of moving up .that the pro.
Cons
The cons is .... . weird 2 zoom calls interview, then a phone call if they pic you ,the next day earliest 9:00 you go and wait 2 to 3 hours of filling out forms , on your phone , then on with the lady ,and barley any questions are answered and no W2 form, but background check and they won't tell you if there something wrong or not . .weak motivation speeches .lot of yelling .lots of practices .lots lots of writing stuff written down , . getting there at nine .fake hope . don't give a dda a full chance, .this place is a scam and in Longwood so 30mins away from everything and you have to if you have your car drive to Walmart with other people ,and have no compensation back . . If you do make it to bace pay you will only get 420 for 60hour shifts for 6 day a week . .only one day off Sunday So in conclusion this place is a scale for 3rd party marking company .
