-Unique set of core competencies that have strong product/market fit, which is very important to be successful in sales.
-Incredible priority on you as a whole human, not just you as an employee. This comes out in immense flexibility and family-first practices. If you are getting your work done, no one is going to mind when/where that work is getting done.
-Very excited about the Octopus Energy transaction - I think this will be a huge plus for culture, focus, and mission, and I fully expect to see new leadership in line with Octopus' vision for Uplight.

Cons
-You must be able to work and thrive in dynamic, shifting situations. If you're someone who wants very established processes and clear lines to work within, it's not going to be a good fit. If you get excited about the opportunity to take initiative and make a name for yourself, you'll do well.
