Customers liked supporting a smaller business competing with the larger corporates. Sorting things out and getting things done was not hindered by loads of pointless process. Access to decision-makes was easy.

All about selling the company and what it could do for the directors. Some senior people refused to allow anything to be questioned despite obvious cause for concern.
A great working environment, great staff and teams, great attitudes. Lots of oppotunities to work on challenging projects with cleaver people. Its a very rapidly growing company having non stop success.
Cons
It was bought out buy Capita in early 2014 but so far this hasn't changed anything.
